Missing items in guides #118
Description
An issue to represent all items missing/should be in the guides of the Handbook.
Core Datasets Guides:
- Missing explanation in Packaging Up Data about how to generate a .JSON file and what to look at. Details are in the frictionless data guides and we can forward contributors there;
- Missing details about Makefile and how to work with make command to generate updated datasets;
- Quality assurance section may require a better and detailed explanation of how to use Python to overlook all unwanted characters like
*, ., \, (, ), [, ], ....
