ETA heatmap cannot select ROIs

追加機能についての概要
Currently ETA mean can select which ROIs to visualise for the ETA. This is done via linking the ETA -> mean window with the tiff data ROI window. However, the heatmap does not have this option.

重要度
It should be possible to visualise only the cell_roi. in the heatmap. The non_cell_roi are effectively noise and should be ignored.
