Cleaning up unneeded info in Nutrition Definitions screen.

BGT Name is specific to Bush Gardens Tampa, so this column can be deleted. I also don't know what NumDesc is, so that can also be deleted. Delete both in database and app?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just ignore the extra columns. :)

Apparently the BGT Name is what is actually tied to the diet formulation spreadsheet. Only nutrients with a BGT Name are exported to the spreadsheet. How difficult is it to rename this column to something like "Calculator name" or something that actually tells me what that information is used for?
