Miss-rendering using f33e7ff048f539b0323a032fa282c9dc329870fb

In this picture you see 2 problems:

1. QTabWidget - the side icons are bellow the tab header. They should be on the header. Marked with green.
2. QTabHeader - horizontal drawing is borked. This is actually a docked tool window, but internally its a QTabWidget. Marked with pink.

Same for docked tool windows.
