NDBC data get multiple `modes` for stations

Should we support fetching multiple modes at the same time, or should we leave it up to the user to do so using the existing single mode fetching mechanism?

In the newer versions (not pinned) of the upstream ndbc_api supports multimode get_data by passing modes instead of mode.
