Produce a small data sets for testing purpose

Produce small data sets that contains only a couple pings for testing purposes. Maybe from EchoView export a small .raw file?

I checked (and asked reps from Echoview) - we cannot pull a few pings from an existing .raw file in Echoview. Their recommended method for export is to a .evd file which stands for Echoview Data File Format... not all that useful to us. I'll see if I can make a small .raw dataset in the PyEcholab2.

Yet another file format 😂 If all fails perhaps we could ask someone who has EK60 to generate one for us haha
