Incorporate content into OCaml.org

It would be great to see this content find it's way into ocaml.org. I'm not sure of the best way to do this or how to structure the information but it's worth thinking about.

This issue is just so we can keep track of that discussion.

I think this can be closed

I would keep it mostly here, and ensure ocaml.org links out to the appropriate sub-sections here. If the content gets duplicated in two places, one of the places will fall behind. If its only going to exist in one place, I would keep it here.
