Custom Fields in the "Create or Edit Tasks" Form

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be helpful to be able to customise the "Create or Edit Tasks" Form to append particular parameters/tags/keywords in the text of the task (e.g. Status: Waiting; Area: Topic X). Obviously this can be done manually but being able to set up and choose from a list (e.g. drop-down menu) would be nice.

Interesting idea. How do you imagine the user would customise the contents of the form?

In case it helps, as a workaround currently, I use Quickadd to create a command that prompts me for the custom information I want to add to a new task, and then give that a hotkey. it has options like selecting from a list, for example:

I would add a field to specify the area/project of the tasks (I do that by creating the task via a IOS/MacOS Shortcut) and maybe one about the status for non-completed task or the time it would take to complete them.

I was thinking of creating something with Quickadd that would mirror the Tasks form but I can see how it would be helpful to just use it to edit a task after this has been created with the Tasks form
