Option to strike through tasks

You can now check boxes with characters other than x, which will not strike though the text.

For example:

• [?] some task

will now be marked as completed, but the text would not have been struck through, and would still be readable.

Could there be an option for this plugin to strike through the text or not?

Thank you for the idea, @rlaker. Strike through is handled by Obsidian, not the Tasks plugin. Did you ask in the community whether something like this exists? I know there are a few people trying to get all kinds of "checkboxes" to work, but I cannot recall where, specifically. Someone on Obsidian's Discord can probably point you in the right direction.

Thanks, I thought the task plugin was handling this! Turns out when I go into preview mode there is no strike through (maybe because of the minimal theme), which is good enough for me.
