Assign tasks to people

Hi,

It would be nice to add a personal tag, like @john or @me, to indicate who should perform the task.
Then, as a project manager, one could filter on the assignee in the task note.
I'm not talking about sharing with other people or sending reminder emails to other people, but simply to mention who is in charge. Then one would reming people accordingly (or not) and manually.

Hey @aurelien-opex, you can already achieve this by adding the tag or @ to your task and filter by description includes. Does that work?

Another approach is to use tags (#john), due to good support for them in queries (eg: group by tags).

Someone with a little JavaScript experience could implement custom grouping, with group by function ….. It is well documented.

Yes, indeed, thanks for the tip.
I even tried with an emoticon (🙂) instead of @ in order to remain visually consistent.
