Quick commands to move task due dates to different date, such as today or tomorrow

Would it be possible to add quick commands to set the due date to today or tomorrow. Alternatively have a 'change date' option that either opens up a specific gui for scheduling or just opens the standard gui but focuses the cursor into the due date field so I can just type my date and hit return.

Or maybe all of the above :-)

It turns out that the date picker for the reminders plugin can be configured to create and modify dates in Tasks format so that pretty much satisfies my requirement for now. I really should do more investigation before creating these issues :-)

Glad to hear that. Can you explain here how it needs to be configured? Or is that already explained somewhere else?

There is an option in the reminders settings called "primary date format". One of the options is the Tasks date format.
