Thanks @eLindros, this is a good idea. In the meantime, did you try something like "next wed", and so on? To me, that's easier to type than the date with digits and dashes. |

Usually I have my calendar open and look up possible due, scheduled or start dates. Right now it is kind of cumbersome to put those dates in the date entry fields. I have to write down the whole date.
It would be much easier to put just a number in, which is (as single number) recognized as the day of the current month. If this date is already in the past it could be recognized as the day of the next month. I think Todoist has this nice feature, which I always liked.
