Need help with configuring rollovers

So, here's what one of my note's task list looks like:

## Loop:
- Sleep schedule:
	- Went to bed: 12:00
	- Woke up: 8:30
- Self Care
	- [x] Face cleaned
	- [x] Teeth brushed
	-  Showered
		- [x] Morning
		- [x] Night
	- [x] Protein Shake
## To-Do
- [ ] Look into getting new shoes
- [ ] Update personal website

I need help with how to configure the tasks, so that ONLY the tasks under the "To-Do" header get "rolled over".
I've tried the Rollover Daily Todos plugin, but it would roll over EVERYTHING, including pieces from the "Loop" header.
Any idea?

The Tasks plugin supports recurring tasks, but nothing to do with rolling over incomplete tasks to another file.

The Tasks plugin is instead focussed on leaving incomplete tasks where they are and using searches to make them visible from a query note.
