Option to disable adding done date to completed tasks

It's not always necessary to see the exact date the task has been completed. It has immediately thrown me away after installing the plugin because, in my opinion, it was just polluting the view. It would be cool to have an option to disable that behavior.

Thank you for your input @thetarnav. I may consider this if I have the time. Time, however, is very limited 😅
