Tasks Dialog Should auto-suggest tags and links

When I open a task dialog, it would be nice for it to autocomplete tags which I use for queries on my dashboards. I use tags mostly for contexts - home, work, or topics that need to be discussed with a particular person. I also use references to link tasks to projects, so they show up in the query on the project page no matter where I enter the task.

I'm not sure what's involved technically to achieve this, but I have seen similar functionality in other plugins such as the QuickAdd Capture dialog.

Background

As per the title of this section - Ideas: Any New Feature Requests go in Issues please, we don't track feature requests in Discussions any more.

(Bugs have always been tracked in Issues.)

Here are some of the reasons why the need for this change:

• Plan switch to recording new feature requests in Issues instead of Discussions/Ideas #1168

I had to leave Ideas Discussions open to allow people to comment on existing ideas, and so we could track their votes, so I renamed the section to try to point people to Ideas instead for new reports.

So for any future requests, I would be grateful if you would go to Issues, click New Issue and submit your request there...

I have seen similar functionality in other plugins such as the QuickAdd Capture dialog.
