Why could my setup suddenly become a lot slower/more laggy?

I've just noticed that changing the status of tasks within a ```tasks ``` view has become noticeably laggy (like half a second or so) to transition to the next state - regardless of whether I just click the checkbox or select a state from the right-click menu.

This is not the case if I do the same in an actual note with task items. (It is a bit slower if I have my tasks view open in a separate tab, but still much faster than when I do the same from the tasks view.)

I thought it might have been due to the Natural Language Dates plugin that I just installed and enabled, but I disabled it again and restarted Obsidian and that didn't change anything...

I've tried disabling all other plugins, but it might just be due to the number of tasks... in the default view I've got ~180 tasks, and then there is a noticeably annoying lag. I've now tried out limit to 10 and then it's as fast as I'd expect it to be. I'm just surprised why additional tasks should affect the rendering time of switching a single task's state - do they all get re-rendered each time? Is this something that should be reported as an issue @claremacrae ?
