List of task "In Progress"

Hi, I can't figure out how to list my task with the status "In Progress" I tried several things but either it doesn't work or it takes also my "done" tasks. Do someone have a solution ? I use the folowing query for my "Today's tasks" for instance :

[[Today's Tasks]]

not done
(due today ) OR (scheduled before tomorrow)
sort by path
sort by priority
hide due date
short mode

  status.type is IN_PROGRESS
(due today ) OR (scheduled before tomorrow)
sort by priority

short mode
