Organize a complex Schedule

I need to schedule the following:
I have a course of medication that I need to take 3 times a week (Tue, Thu, Sun) for 2 months with a break of 1 month, and so repeat endlessly

How to organize such a schedule in tasks?

You could probably do it with recurring tasks, but it would be complicated.

1. I would probably manually set up the first month.
2. Then create a template from it using the Templater plugin.
3. Then use the template to add several months worth of tasks.
4. And add a final task which is a reminder to set up the next few months worth, once you get close to the end.
