Add move task to the create/edit menu to different heading in same file

As the owner has already mentioned, I think that moving the tasks to the bottom of the note makes sense. What Slated does iirc is that they first check if there is a header called Tasks anywhere in the note and they try to move the tasks there. If there is no header under that name they create a new one at the bottom of the note.

I am unsure of the intent though. It sounds like maybe description was moved from a different discussion maybe?
