Is it possible to skip recurring tasks? #1715

No there isn't exactly what you suggest, but here is something that I find works well enough for me....

  • Add when done to the recurrence rule
  • Mark the task as complete when you do it
  • And then by comparing the due date with the done date, you can see how many days you skipped
  • The days where due and done date are the same, are the days that you actually did the task when scheduled
