All Task Queries result in "Loading Tasks..." - Console Error

Any guidance on resolving this console error? I have uninstalled / reinstated the plugin. I have relocated the vault to a local drive. Turned off (most) other plugins. I have become very dependent on tasks so am somewhat stuck starting my day.

Is there just a max number of tasks that may be in a single vault? Is it required to prune complete tasks? And if so is there a plugin that can do this automatically? Or has anyone written a py script?

Miles, there is no limit to the number of tasks in a vault, from this plug-in’s perspective.

I have emailed you to suggest a time for us to work on this together tomorrow, to test new builds of tasks, to narrow down the problem and fix it.

For anyone else coming to this, I've created a build of the 1.19.0 release which you can download and pop in your vault, so that if the problem occurs, you will find out where.

For now, I would prefer further comments to go in that issue, please, to try and keep all the information in one place.

(I know it's confusing that the above issue refers to Mobile, but it has been co-opted to become more general)
