Add option to change date format

please add a option to change the date format from YYYY-MM-DD to DD-MM-YYYY for example.

My own view is that I would actively not want to see this. DD-MM-YYYY is completely unclear, could be swopped MM-DD-YYYY, and no other todo standard (e.g todo.txt) works this way. What would happen to existing tasks if the setting is changed? Adding times would be good though.

@Gregor-zbjk We have many requests for different date formats already. I'm sorry it is not currently easier to find duplicates before making new requests.
