Render tasks codeblock to Markdown

Idea

It would be nice if obsidian-tasks had a way of "exporting" a tasks code block to the markdown equivalent of the content of the code block.

A task block like this:

would be replaced with the following markdown:

- [ ] #task task 1 ([[Tasks Test]])
- [ ] #task task 2 ([[Tasks Test]])

What problem would this solve

• If a task block is no longer in use, it might make sense to "archive" it and prevent it from being accidentally modified.
  • This could be useful in a daily note if someone wants to capture the state of the tasks at the end of the day
• It is also useful when other tools than obsidian are used to view or convert the notes to other formats, since those tools would render the code block as-is. (For example pandoc, or github)
• This would make this plugin future proof, in the sense that even if this plugin were to be abandoned, the users could simply convert the tasks code blocks to markdown and would not loose any information.

I apparently did not look good enough if this idea already exists, my apologies.
I would however suggest to not implement it with the write: true attribute proposed in #545 but instead maybe as a command to render the current code block or all code blocks in the current file, and possibly as a button in the settings to convert all code blocks in the whole vault.

To set expectation levels - this is a very long way down the priority list, and not something I would be implementing in the foreseeable future.

I would accept a PR that did perhaps one of those things, but not one that tried to solve everything at once, as that would be an infeasible amount of change to review, test and document in one go.
