i would like to use text instead of emoji. :) Emoji are distracting.
ex.: - [ ] Task [due: 2022-10-05] [scheduled: 2022-10-06] [comletion: 2022-10-05]

Yes, there have been mutiple other requests for this. It is not currently possible, but is likely to be supported at some point in the future. I cannot say when.
