Create a separate "Add task" command

It would be helpful if a task could be added on a newline anywhere. Because the item now is "create or edit task" it always takes the current line as input, which is not always what is expected (e.g. when I'm on a heading and want to create a task below). A simple solution would be to create a separate "Add task" command which creates a task below or above (possible these could be different commands)
