FR: Make logging console messages toggle-able

Hello Tasks team,
I've been really enjoying this plugin. It's completely replaced any external apps I was using.

However, there is one minor detail I wish I could change: being able to turn off the constantly logged messages in console. Would it be possible to hide these with a setting? I could look into implementing this myself if this is something you would consider for approval.

Hi Luke, thanks for asking. I'm not at my Mac at the moment, but I thought that that was a way to control the level of detail of output in the console, to say that you don't want debug messages. And I thought that the Tasks per-file output messages were set to debug level.

Is that true? Does it help?

If that doesn't help, I would definitely welcome a PR to hide them in settings - especially as some people are still having performance problems with the plugin, so I may end up adding some more debug output at some point to help track it down.

Am planning to work on logging, so have converted this to an issue: #2160

Tasks 4.6.0, just released, has all the debug logging messages just commented out.
