task: prepare the structure and functionality so that they are closer to the new ux

requirements(so far):
the main element is the map (see google maps). Signals list, view, create, self assign ... are subviews.
todo:

• the map is handled in the home state/controller
• list, view, create ... are sub states
• the substates are visualised in a layer (see google maps)
