`--in-place` to edit the file "in place"

Similar to the --in-place option of sed, let's introduce one for the rewrite command.

If it's specified, we edit the file:

phino rewrite --rule a.yml --in-place foo.phi

This will change the foo.phi file, instead of printing modified expression to the console.
