Firefox bugs with accordion-group

There are some visibility bugs in Firefox with the accordion-group that we use for fieldsets (details, dashboard_form, etc). It seems that some of these can be worked around by manually adding/removing the hide class.

Tested with Bootstrap 2.3.2 to see if there were any obvious fixes. Unfortunately, no. Long term, Descartes needs to be updated to a modern Bootstrap (or moved off it altogether) but for now I'd just like to fix these forms manually.
