sapphire-wagmi-v2: Pass id, name as configurable options to injectedWithSapphire

SUMMARY

It would be nice to have the ability to configure id and name, of the injected sapphire provider. Which at the time of writing this, seems hardcoded:

Due to high level libraries(in my test case rainbowkit, usage seen here oasisprotocol/demo-starter@1ad8818), it would be nice that id and name would be "controllable" via higher order libraries.
