Provide 3 instead of 4 different routing options - remove the 'networks' option

• 3 options to provide: Fast, balanced and relaxed
• The routing algorithm behind 'networks' should become the new 'relaxed' one. The algorithm behind 'relaxed' can be deleted, but keep the copy for the 'relaxed' option as it is right now.
