[Feature] investigate and implement Mobile App version #233

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We should extend our application to function as a mobile app while reducing the need for rewriting it from scratch. To achieve this, we propose investigating the feasibility of leveraging tools like Capacitor.js to wrap the existing web application and deploy it as a cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android.
