[Bug] UI Improvement - Hamburger Menu on mobile should be expanded

While exploring O2S on mobile device, I noticed that after tapping menu I can't easily go to the page I'm interested, so I would like to propose improvement, which facilitates quick access to all options, reduces the number of taps and provides better UX.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In browser on mobile go to page: https://demo.openselfservice.com/
2. Log in as demo-user
3. Tap Hamburger menu

Current behavior
User can see only two options from menu and has to tap again to expand links to pages

Expected behavior
User can see menu in expanded state, so he can get where he wants with one tap
