Load Agenda View In The Background/Asynchronously

Hi, it seems to me that loading the (any) agenda view for the first time takes too much time and it blocks neovim. I currently have 138 org files so it would be really useful if orgmode could load the agenda view in the background/asynchronously or in a non-blocking manner.
Please tell me if this sounds doable. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is it slow if you first open up some org file, and then try to open the agenda?

It seems as slow whether I open a non-org file, an org file or no file first.
