Unable To Get Completions Working

I just started up with Neorg and having a fair bit of trouble getting the autocompletions set up correctly. I am using a macOS v13.0 and using clang version 13.1.6 which should provide support for C++14. I have been able to check that the concealer works for me, so that's great. When I tried to check the documentation for the completion I think that's where I got confused and it wasn't as clear for me.

I have listed my configuration below and would appreciate if somebody could tell me what might be going on.
