A way to enable todo inspector for headings to display progress of child *lists*

Hi, I have a question about the todo-inspector virtual text: Is it possible to make it count child lists, not just child headings?

This would be really useful for planning papers and reports: e.g. sections and sub-sections are headings, contents of those sections are lists, the top level headings show the progress of that section based on what has been ticked off in the sub-section lists.
