At some point this was implemented and now Neorg also shows me in which place I'm which makes things nicer.. thanks a lot! |

When opening TOC in a Markdown file, it shows me in which title (or Heading) I'm in and this is very nice IMO:
markdown_toc.mov
Now, when I do the same thing in Neorg files the cursor goes to the top of the TOC pane:
neorg_toc.mov
Here it might seem silly but this is a bit annoying when I'm editing a big Neorg file with many headings levels.
Let's say I'm working in a big Neorg file and I want to switch to some Heading somewhere in the file, this behavior forces me first to locate where I was and then I can move to the desired heading.
Is there a way to make the TOC behaves like in Markdown file?
