Support obuild #58
Description
I think we need to wait for obuild to expose plugin interface.
Maybe we also need to generate dts (.d.vue.ts and .vue.d.ts), previously this part was implemented in mkdist. Considering maintainability, we should do it here instead of putting it in obuild.
