Planning for Release 3.20

I just released version 3.19 and intend to focus more on version 4 at this point. Of course, that will take a while and we may eventually need a 3.20 release. I'm creating this discussion to provide a place to discuss any ideas folks have for features that may be needed in the version 3 series, while we continue to work on version 4 as a priority.
