Miissing replacecolour variables in user contributed folder icons

User contributed icons custom-folder-github", custom-folder-gitlabandcustom-folder-torrent" have variables replacecolour[x] not set or incorrectly set.

As a result when a user chooses custom colours the symbols on those folder icons haven't the custom colour applied but are black instead.

So the issue is mostly about replacecolour3 but ``custom-folder-github" hasn't set any colours at all which means the icon will be all black irrespective of the chosen custom colours.
