Create a "Why are some services in beta ?" page

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
People are (rightfully) confused with the "beta" tag on some of the LaSuite products. What does it mean ? Is the service going to be taken down next week ? Is it safe to put my data in there ? When can I expect to see this product going out of beta ?

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to make a page on the website that provides the following information :

• why are services marked as "beta" ?
• for each service :
  • did the service go through a security check ?
  • what is the approximate budget for the service this year ?
  • how long has it been in production ?
  • what levels of availability are guaranteed ?
  • is there a timeline for the service to come out of beta ?

Describe alternatives you've considered
This could be a link to a Docs or a grist document that we update reguarly.

Do you want to work on it through a Pull Request?
Happy to work on the content and a proof of concept in a document, might need help for design and development if we want to put a proper web page up.

I strongly agree with the need for clarification.

A static web page would be better than a Docs or Grist page: the static page sends a signal that the explanation is stable, while a Docs/Grist docs might give the impression the explanation itself is... in beta.
