Finalizing the application

Discussing with @Bibiko right now, we decided on the following workflow:

1. I'll finalize the data after having received the last base annotations
2. I add some lexibank datasets with numerals, as done in the currrent web app
3. I set up an initial list of CONTRIBUTORS.md
4. I hand over to @Bibiko, who will
5. check and refine my code
6. make a first release of the data
7. feed the data into a new web application

The final code base for running analyses on the data will be available when I hand over to @Bibiko and we can make a pre-release (not publishing with Zenodo) by then, so we have a fixed version to be used for initial R-code. Later, all R-code needs to be re-run again on the final release data.

About point 2., what new databases do you mean? Are they annotated for base?

Also, how long will this whole process take until we can use the final data for our analyses?

Poin 4 is when you can use the data, the pre-release, which I'll make before handing over to @Bibiko. New data won't be annotated, so you do not have to worry about this part but should only use the data that you HAVE annotated until Friday.

@Bibiko , what are the other Lexibank datasets to be included? How much data (number of doculects and numeral meanings) would we add?

oh, ok, the ones there. I understood the idea was to add new ones from Lexibank. Great, then!

I will make a revised list of repos to be included, you do not need to bother about that now, Ezequiel. As the one responsible for these repos in Lexibank, it is easiest for me to tell which ones are useful which ones not. It won't have an impact on your analyses, so I do not give you the list now, as I myself need to check.
