This issue is to initiate the implementation of the decision made during the 10th Numbers DAO Voting regarding expanding Numbers Protocol’s support to the Base network.

Scope of Work
- Initiate the technical plan outlined in Proposal [Community Review] Pre-discussion: 10th NumbersDAO voting topic community review #378 to integrate with the Base network.
- Update technical and public documentation to reflect Base network support.
- Announce the implementation progress through community channels.
- Coordinate with tech and product teams to ensure smooth Base network integration.
- Prepare a summary report for DAO update in the next quarterly meeting.
