dynamic figure navigation for all test suites

For the bbob suite (and for bbob-boxed, bbob-largescale, bbob-mixint), we have an hmtl page with "dynamic navigation", see here.

To get the same for any other test suite,

1. we need to have a file like https://github.com/numbbo/coco-postprocess/blob/main/src/cocopp/bbob-benchmarkinfos.json for this test suite, see also 5f51542
2. the filename needs to be assigned like flex_navigation_json_file='bbob-benchmarkinfos.json' in the respective testbed class at https://github.com/numbbo/coco-postprocess/blob/main/src/cocopp/testbedsettings.py, see also a8aeaf7
