Allow variable number of reps per company

Currently, the app assumes all companies will have exactly two reps coming to interview students. This is a rough assumption and it turns out companies may have 1-5+ reps and this varies from company to company. There should be a way for CMC staff to enter these reps along with the student rankings data.
