[BUG] AGC breaks after strong AM Signal #5

BEFORE YOU CREATE A BUG REPORT MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS:
https://github.com/kamilsss655/uv-k5-firmware-custom/wiki/80-%E2%80%90-Tips-&-Tricks-and-Known-Issues

Describe the bug
When in spectrum channel scan mode (and possibly other modes), and a very strong AM signal is received, it appears to break the AGC and remains at that setting even after no signal is being received, which results in breaking squelch for a non-existent signal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have an AM channel as a part of Spectrum Channel Scan
  2. Run that Scan
  3. Receive a very strong AM signal
  4. After the transmission is completed, the radio maintains that gain setting and continues to break squelch even when there is no signal.

Expected behavior
The radio should return to the normal level on that channel and stop breaking squelch until another transmission is received.

Pictures/video
I have a video, but it's easier to try on your own. It doesn't show it that well, but you can see that I get a signal from ZTL22, and then when that transmission ends, squelch remains open even though there is nothing there.
