From @jainpawan21 : managing seen/unseen state of notifications was supported in the old @novu/notification-center but is no longer supported in the new @novu/react hooks and components.
🎤 Why is this feature needed ?
I would love to use this feature to build a notification experience very similar to Facebook where the app badge count is set based on the seen/unseen counts and not the read/unread counts. Also I want to be able to mark all notifications as seen after the user opens the notification popup to clear the badge count but still keep the distinction of read/unread in the notification list.
✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?
@novu/react components and hooks support setting seen/unseen states for all notifications and individual notifications, and hooks to fetch seen/unseen counts in the SDK and react hooks.
