Notification account gets reset.

Hi everyone,

We have hosted novu application in AWS server.Then created account on the hosted site.But after 1 or 2 days, created notification gets vanish. So we have to create all notifications template again & again.
Sometimes after signing out, we are unable to sign in the same account with same credentials.It says "incorrect email or password".
Anyone is aware about such issues. Please let us know its solution.
