reference for J in blosum62?

I see that you have substitutions for J ("Isoleucine or leucine") but I do not see this distinction in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BLOSUM although I and L are each respectively in the matrix. Do you have a reference for adding J?

the blosum matrices are from the NCBI Toolkit Cross Reference.

The blosum62 can be found here:

There, they include values for Leucine/Isoleucine.
