noobaa backing store startup: chown-ing many files

Part of the /noobaa_init_files/noobaa_init.sh is changing the ownership and permissions of noobaa_storage_path
in case the current user is different than the previous one. (after a restart)

In our case this takes a long time since we have millions of objects/files.

Is there anyway too keep the old user (ID)?
